LOOKING TO HIRE AN AMAZING ASSISTANT FOR YOUR VIRTUAL TEAM?

I get asked ALL the time about how to hire a Virtual Assistant, where to find one, and so much more. To make it easy, I have created this page just for YOU!
And if you are asking “who is Sara? And what makes her an expert on hiring a VA?

Glad you asked…

I started as a Virtual Assistant in 2011, then quickly grew my skill set and because a certified online business manager where I have helped to hire so many VAs I lost count! So, I get both sides which give me a unique perspective. Plus I have created a hiring process that works! And I now train VAs because I found many were missing some key skills they needed to build a solid business and provide amazing service to their clients.

Now, here’s what you need to do to find your ideal match Virtual Assistant!

Online business system

A few tips before you hire for your virtual team:

Have either a job description or clear list of what you need to be done. You CANNOT delegate if you don’t know what to give someone. And it’s not your VAs job to know what to do, you manage them (rather than they manage you). Not sure how a VA can help? Click here for a list of 100+ tasks a VA can do!

If you have never hired before or had trouble finding the “right” person read this blog I wrote about what you need to do. Many clients hire too fast, expect the VA to do it all, and are not clear on their instructions on what needs to be done. If your VA does something wrong, then FIRST you need to look at were you clear on what you wanted?

I love matching amazing Virtual Assistant and clients together but you need to take your time when hiring and be clear about what you need. Remember, it can be better to hire a VA that is friendly, communicates well, is detail-oriented, and great with time management rather than someone that already knows the software programs you need. That stuff can usually be learned.

How you can find your Virtual Assistant to start building your virtual team!

You can hire by submitting your job so the VA’s in my directory get notified: I have some amazing VAs in my community and many have been training by me. Click here to fill out this form so we can gather all the details about who you wan to hire. We will then send the information out to the list of VAs looking for clients.

You can hire my team: I know, sounds great huh? This is for the business owner that knows they need a VA but they also need some strategic support from someone like me 🙂 This means you get the Virtual Assistant but you also get strategy and support at a higher level.

You can hire me to hire for you (sounds funny I know): If you find yourself always hiring “the wrong person” or have no idea how to go about the entire process I can help. I can write the job description, do some training if needed, figure out what you all will delegate, and make sure you two have a clear communication plan in place so you are always aware of what’s happening with tasks and projects.

Ready to hire me or my virtual team?

Do NOT expect your Virtual Assistant to do it all! Most VAs can do a variety of tasks, and maybe they can learn it. But do not expect a Jack or should I say Jill of all trades! Every single business is unique and so are Virtual Assistants and their services. That’s why it’s so important you find the one that is right for you and your business!

If you’d like to explore our support, we’ll kick things off with a complimentary 15-minute call so I can learn more about you and your business, and you can get a feel for how we could work together. From there I’ll come back to you with options for how we can work together.

Virtual Assistant team packages start at $497 monthly.

Click here to fill out the business assessment questionnaire and my team will then contact you to set up your complimentary call.
