I work with you to get the description of what you need to be done, and then I draft a detailed job description, so we attract the exact type of VA or team member you desire!

Next, I draft a questionnaire via Google forms and then post the job description and form for applicants to fill out. This makes it easy to sort through who is a fit.

The next step involves sending a short “test project” to all top applicants to narrow down even further who is most qualified.

And last are interviews, I do mini-interviews if there are over 5 top candidates. Then for the final top 3-5 candidates, both me and you, the business owner will interview them. Then it’s the exciting time to make an offer to the top candidate!

The entire process has more steps but this gives you the main idea of what happens. As you see, it takes very little of your time. If you’re nodding along and saying “yes” under your breath, it’s time for us to talk about hiring.
