ONLINE BUSINESS PROCESSES & SYSTEMS

It’s time to get your online business systems in place! Business systems are often called standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Things are going great… your business is growing, and there are new opportunities, but that’s all on the surface. Behind the scenes, things are unorganized and, quite frankly, a hot mess. It’s time to stop running in circles because you have WAY too much to do.

Not sure you need online business systems? Here is a great article to learn why not having them can cost you money!

But you’re not alone. With success and growth comes growing pains. Here are a few signs that you’re experiencing growing pains and may need our help:

Do you find yourself sending things to your team last minute? Or maybe it’s time to hire your first VA but have no idea how to go about it!

Are you always scrambling last minute for your newsletter and other repetitive tasks?

Do you feel like you are always reinventing the wheel and that there must be a better way of doing things in your business?

And let’s not even talk about the state of your email or Google Drive. (Scary!)

If you’re nodding along and saying “yes” under your breath, it’s time for some systems and maybe team training. Don’t let the idea of systems scare you, it will take you from where you are today and give you the time and space to do what you do best. Not to mention now that your team is trained no longer explaining the same things over and over to them!

Here are just a few examples of the types of Online Business Systems we can set up:

Team Hiring and Onboarding Systems: Everything that covers writing the job description, what questions to ask in an interview, how to give a test project to select top candidates and more. No more hiring the wrong person ever again! This is a system you can use over and over every time you hire another team member.

Sales Systems: From initial engagement to client booking to wrap up – systems to manage your clients through their lifecycle including sales process, live events, consults, booking, follow-up and wrapping up. This can also include the technical side of processing payments, setting up new products, and similar.

Marketing Systems: What things week-over-week, month by month need to be done and how do they happen, including: blog posts, social media, newsletters, webinars and more. This can also include the editorial calendars needed for planning and teaching your team how to create and use them.

Admin Systems: Think of the little (or not) tasks that need to happen on a regular basis to keep business running. This can be your email, online calendar, networking events, online backup, customer service, and the list goes on. Having all this documented is what will truly free up your time so you can now do those things that generate revenue in the business. If you don’t yet have a VA, these systems should be in place first so you can hand off those tasks that don’t have to be done by you! And if you are not sure what those tasks are, we can help you identify them.

And that’s just the tip of the systems iceberg – we can also cover systems related to: website backup, goal planning, client retention, newsletters, calendars & scheduling, delegation, communications and so much more.

Systems Should be Unique to Your Business

Every single business we work with needs different types of systems. So this is not a rigid approach where I give you off-the-shelf advice based on what I like best. During this session, I listen to exactly what you need and how you work best to figure out what’s best for you and your business.

We’ll kick things off with a complimentary 15-minute call so I can learn more about you and your business, and you can get a feel for how we could work together. From there I’ll come back to you with a plan for how we can work together moving ahead complete with budgets and a timeline.

Once we get going on our work together, we’ll start with the Big Picture Clarity Assessment which is my signature process. In this assessment, we’ll get clear on your short and long-term goals, your overall strategy and then what systems you need based on your actual business needs (and not just what you think you may need).
